CREAMY PIE BREAD

Lamp package of Crustless bread (can use leftover bread, sleeping!)

Margarine for greasing

Filling:

1 box of cream cheese (410g)

1 can of cream

50 g grated Parmesan cheese

1 can of milk (use the empty cream can to measure)

100 g of grated mozzarella cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

500 g diced bacon fried

preparation

In a blender, whisk the filling ingredients except bacon. In an ovenproof dish of 22 cm x 30 cm greased switch layers of bread, cream and bacon, ending in bacon. Bake medium, preheated for 25 minutes or until roast and browned. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes and serve your pie baking pan bread.
