ROAST CHICKEN IN MAYONNAISE

INGREDIENTS

1 kg Drumstick

6 cloves of garlic

juice of 2 lemons

oregano to taste

250 g Mayonnaise

Aluminum foil to bake


PREPARATION

Wash the chicken season with lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Let stand at least 1 hour or overnight. (In a hurry and seasoning already put to bake but only as a last resort)

Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and place on average one tablespoon on each piece of chicken spread with your hands but leave a large amount even at the top which leaves your chicken wonderfully beautiful.

Cover with foil to bake on average 25 min in medium oven, remove foil and bake a few more minutes until well browned.

You can put onions in that time to make the dish even more beautiful leave until they start to Brown the onions.

To serve, sprinkle the oregano
