Ingredients
1 glass of beer
1 cup of wheat
Salt to taste
Chopped herbs to taste (Sage, Rosemary and thyme and oregano)
Toasted chopped red pepper to taste
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
3 onions cut into rings about 1 cm (cut and leave in freezer for 2 hours)
oil for frying
Preparation
Mix 1 cup of beer, with 1 cup of all purpose flour
Add
salt and chopped herbs to taste (Sage, Rosemary, thyme and oregano),
toasted chopped red pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
cheese
Let stand for 20 minutes
Remove
the onion rings from the freezer, rinse the onion rings in mixture of
beer and flour and FRY in oil with moderate temperature (160° to 170°),
gradually
Drain on absorbent paper and serve warm
